The guns listed in the auction are being sold and accepted in "AS IS" condition with the Owner/Seller nor the Selling Agent making any warranty as to condition. The Purchaser has bought this gun based on their own inspection and is satisfied with its present conditions.
10% Buyer's Premium on Firearms
Requirements of purchasing a fire arm are as follows: That he or she is 21 years of age, that he or she is not a convicted felon, the Purchaser certifies that he or she is not prohibited by any State or Federal laws from purchsing and owning a firearm, that he or she does not have any domestic violence convictions or pending charges against them, that he or she must have a picture ID to purchase. If firearm needs shipping, it will leave my firearm dealer in Virgina and go the Purchasers Firearm Dealer where a back ground check will follow.

We ship our own product out with no 2nd party shipper. Your items will leave within 7 days of payment received. If we package your order and shipping quotes do not satify you, you are expected to pay for items won and an addition 8.00 for packaging, cost, and time.
